NASA Wind Energy Airborne Harvesting System Study

Stakeholders in AWE  come in wide variety from users of the AWE produced-energy, neighbors to AWECS installations, brokers of large-energy packs, producers of equipment used in AWECS installation, researchers and developers making the AWE industry robust, entrepreneurs developing AWECS, and more. Discussion is invited over the "stakeholder" spectrum. Qualities of stakeholders vary: number of people in a company involved in advancing AWE, level of investment made in a company, method of AWECS involved in an entity's focus, level of certification of an entity's products, history of an AWE entity, locations, customers, critiques, patent portfolio, talent package, scale involvement (micro, toy, sport, village, utility, transnational, etc.d).   What is key about an AWE stakeholder?  What kinds of interests are involved?  What matters?
